Do you accept orders online?

What forms of payment to you accept?

Unfortunately we cannot accept any type of credit card at the moment. Orders will be charged on you account. For more details please reed our Terms and Conditions.

I would like to send a gift - how should I do it?

Send us an email or a note with the billing and shipping addresses, and a message for the recipient of the gift. We will wrap the item and will send it to whomever you wish. We will notify you when we ship the package.

What are the shipping and handling charges?

All our domestic shipping is done either with the Swiss Post or DHL. Click for details.

Do you accept international orders?

We send our products to all corners of the planet. Usually we ship all international orders with DHL. The shipment will be charged on your account (cash on delivery).

How soon will I receive my order?

In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Custom ordered items will be received within three to four weeks. For an individual shipping information, please send us an e-mail.

Due to the fact that we import our items directly, our prices are up to 60% off the regular prices in stores and boutiques

What kind of fringe do your items have?

All our pieces have the standard three-inch long twisted and knotted fringe.

I would like an item in a color not offered on this web site. Can you make this item for me?

Yes we can. There are over 500 different colors available, therefore not all of them are listed online. However, you can order every color, just contact us via e-mail.

How can I match a color on this site to something in my wardrobe or home?

Although we try to show all colors as accurate as possible online, we are aware of the fact that not every monitor is having the same calibration. Therefore, there is no guarantee given on the color. However, if you would like to match one color with one of your items, please contact our selling department.

How should I care for my pashmina?
